second option of a month term at a lower monthly rateHe was explained the cancellation options for both and chose to enroll in our month optionHe signed the month agreement on 6/8/This month option allows for cancellation under medical and/or relocation circumstances and was explained to the client during the enrollment processThe student contacted me via email and we corresponded 9/28/17, 9/29/17, 9/30/about early cancellation and was explained he needed to contact our billing company in regards to early terminationHe spoke with billing 9/28/17, 9/29/17, and 10/and was explained what documentation was needed to complete the early terminationThe client has still not provided this requested documentationWe extened the client a month freeze on his account until he could get the documentation settled or return to classesThe client needs to provide the necessary documentation as required and requested by our billing company AAC
