I was overcharged $by Ohana Military Communities - Navy (Hunt Military Communities) for my monthly lease for the month of MAY
Ohana Military communities was contacted by myself (*** ***) the first week of May for the overchargeAfter taking my Leave and Earning Statement into the office I was told that my refund would be issued on or by the 15th of May On May 12th I called to re-verify my refund, and I was told it should be issued the week of the 15th of May and I would be notified via phone callAfter NOT being notified about my refund the week of MAY 2017; I called today (May 2017) and I was told that my refund was not processed and it would take another few weeks to issue my refund

I am in the *** *** *** *** and was deployed for monthsThe company I rent from is paid via an allotment from my paycheck in which they setupI cannot later the paymentThey submitted the paperwork wrong and were mischarging me for monthsWhen I returned I got all my mail and found they had been sending letters stating I owed $or I would be evicted in daysSo I paid the $within days of returning to the USAI was then charged $late feeThey refuse to reiberse the late feeIt is not the monetary value that is my concern it is the principle of situationAre they doing this to many service members? I am going to look into the *** service member civil relief actTo see if what they have done is even legal

This company is so RUDE! I spoke the RA Ashley! I asked if we could get a discount because our house was not move in ready and we are still having a roach problem! There was a roach crawling on my year old daughter! I was told that our payment is still due if it’s not in there will be a dollar late feeThere was NOTHING said about the roaches and them crawling on my daughterWe have been dealing with roaches, home foundation problems no hot water everything you can think of! It’s been a complete nightmare! This housing community is horrible!

I have lived at *** for monthsI moved into the house while my husband was deployedWe had our pre inspection with *** from *** and she came in with a very negative attitude and immediately started talking about her severe pet allergies and that our house will automatically fail inspection if it smells like petsWe have dogs, and did not do the carpet cleaning that was required*** proceeded to rip our entire carpet up and state that everything under the carpet, even if there are zero stains on the top of the carpet, was our responsibility*** pulls up and rips the carpets to see under the carpets She told us do not get it carpet cleaned, you will fail your inspection regardlessWe contacted Darryl N**, the Navy Liaison, and informed him of our issuesHe brought it to the attention of Faye from the Ohana Communities and she met with usShe looked at our carpet and proceeded to say that we did not have to be responsible for of our areas being carpetedAnd
