On Sunday September , *** drove on to OHANA MOTORS INC used car lot to find a truck to replace her Camry
*** assisted her and helped her find a Tacoma 4xthat she liked They test drove two trucks and *** picked her favorite one
*** and the salesperson went in the office to begin the paperwork to review the details
*** signed the worksheet stating that she would like to own the Tacoma truck if OHANA MOTORS would take her trade in and $
cash down payment with payments that she would be comfortable withAfter negotiations , *** and OHANA MOTORS agreed on
the terms of the sale .
*** provided all of the required documents to the salesperson to consummate the sale
*** the finance manager assisted *** with all of the legal documents to complete the purchase*** told her that if the lender
required additional down payment he would let her know
At this time on Sunday evening the sales person *** began transferring ***'s belongings to her new truck( Salespeople routinely
assist customers with moving property from their trade in to the next vehicle)
*** appeared to be very happy as she drove off with her Tacoma 4x4.
On Tuesday September , *** left a message on ***'s voice mail that the loan was approved as agreedAt pm on that day
*** received a text from *** that read " Hey *** , I just got your message Thank you for everything and your hard work You da Bomb "
Wednesday September , *** came in to the dealership with her parents to discuss returning the Tacoma that she had purchased
days earlier
I reviewed all of the paperwork in the file and listened to ***'s parents recall what had happen on Sunday ( even though they weren't
present that day ) I showed each signed document to them and her parents seamed surprised that from the first document *** was
trying to buy a truck at that time
OHANA MOTORS INC did not do anything wrong during the sales process

The company actually went out of its way to communicate with me on an honest level, and apologized for the miscommunicationIf there had been better communication, maybe things would have turned out betterAs it turns out though, I may be buying
another vehicle from them because of the customer service they are showing me now, which I do appreciate

[redacted]id # [redacted]Mr. [redacted] wanted to purchase the 2004 Toyota Tacoma. He was informed that he needed a co signer in order for him to buy this vehicle.Mr. [redacted] (Grandfather) agreed to sign for him. They were informed that there is no 3 day cancellation. They are both...

responsible for the loan.The price of the vehicle is determined by the Market Value. The selling price was 18995.00 which they both agreed on. The price was 18995.00 plus tax, license and doc. fees. They did not give any down payment.Mr. [redacted] income is 1265.00 net. and Mr. [redacted] makes 1200.00 per month.Copies of the sales contract was given to Mr. [redacted]. We were informed that Mr. [redacted] was making the payments.Mr. [redacted] and his step father came to Ohana Motors yesterday 12/18/2014.  Mr. [redacted] told us that he was very happy with his Truck.and that they were trying to get it refinanced, due to his grandfather was upset at him.Hope this helped.Sincerly [redacted]
