Ohana Taxi & Limo Tour Corporation

Dear Sir / Madam, It is rare for me to ever complain however, the following was completely unexpected and negatively impacts the visitor experience to the Hawaiian Islands Ohana Taxi (623-8282) 1) After arriving from Tokyo, I stood in the taxi queue needing to go to a location directly across Pier When the driver learned I was not going to Waikiki se refused to take me until the airport person in charge instructed her to do so 2) Visually unhappy, she claimed she did not know the location even after entering the address in her phone GPS She then dropped me off at Liliha Bakery on Nimitz, 1/mile away where I got out and fortunately, had some sense of direction where to go 3) the fare charged was $from the airport My return on another taxi from Ala Moana Shopping Center all the away to the airport was $32, leaving the impression I was also overcharged by the Ohana Taxi driver Driver's name is Michelle Kim, certificate issued on July 6, Needless to say, this was unacceptable, leaving a poor impression and visitor experience Wes Stockstill

1) After arriving from Tokyo, I stood in the taxi queue needing to go to a location directly across Pier 38. When the driver learned I was not going to Waikiki se refused to take me until the airport person in charge instructed her to do so.
2) Visually unhappy, she claimed she did not know the location even after entering the address in her phone GPS. She then dropped me off at Liliha Bakery on Nimitz, 1/2 mile away where I got out and fortunately, had some sense of direction where to go.
3) the fare charged was $25 from the airport. My return on another taxi from Ala Moana Shopping Center all the away to the airport was $32, leaving the impression I was also overcharged by the Ohana Taxi driver.

Needless to say, this was unacceptable, leaving a poor impression and visitor experience.
