After stating that they would be out in about 2 weeks, I called after 4 weeks to find out if they were coming out to reseal my asphalt driveway. We rescheduled and they showed up and performed the work a week later. They were clean and the driveway was black when they were finished. The 2 large cracks were filled, but the material that they use is so thin that the medium sized and even the spider cracks to not get filled in. This would allow water to get into the crack, expand when it freezes and expand the crack. I called and asked to have these cracks filled in. They said they would stop by and look at it. They said that only the large cracks get filled in. He then said that he was going to put a lein on my house if I didn't send payment. I explained that all I expected was the cracks to be filled in. He said that they weren't going to do it and that the paperwork would be started on Monday for the lein. If you want all of your driveway cracks filled in, don't expect it from this company and expect poor customer service.
