Thanks for emailing meThe customer that filed this complaint wants a refund on a part that we got from the Dealer " [redacted] "Unfortunately upon their inspection of the partThe part number did not match any of their Data bassesThe customer had the work done ,which I suspect , by a non licensed individual or shop that does not have a A.R.DlicenseSince it is not the part we sold her and gave to her, box unopenedThe customer returned it to us with the box openedWe can not refund any moneyI am sure she feels 100% in the rightAccording to the parts folks at [redacted] she attempted to get her money back from them and at that time the customer was told that it was not their part and she should go back to usI am just a Mom and Pop Business and I can not afford to give customers refunds when they are not warrantedIf I did indeed do that I would go broke and my Employees would be without jobs Thank you so much for your time on this matter

I am rejecting this response becaNidssan: this is not a true statement .  The part that was in the box was the original part I purchased from the business.Cou try Club Mufflers and Tires had to fraudulently replace the part .When I called [redacted] they said the Parts they sale have a [redacted] logo but the part I purchase never had a [redacted] logo

licensed individual or shop that does not have a A.R.D. license. Since it is not the part we sold her and gave to her, box unopened. The customer returned it to us with the box opened.
