[redacted]
[redacted] did call Ohio Auto Warehouse about a [redacted] Limited
about 3 days prior to putting down the deposit to buy the vehicle.  In the
[redacted] listing and our terms of...

agreement section it states that the deposits are
nonrefundable.  He was also reminded this
over the phone as is every customer.  When a customer gives us a credit
card or [redacted] for the $500 deposit to buy a vehicle, the vehicle is taken down
for sale.  If another customer calls for it, we tell them it is sold.  We
also remove our [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted],
[redacted] ads and multiple other websites we advertise with.  If
the customer does not buy the vehicle, we have to relist the vehicle for sale.
The cost for Ohio Auto Warehouse to properly market a vehicle with no retail exposure exceeds $500 each. Today 7-18-14, I did reach
out to Mr. [redacted] to talk to him about his concerns.  If Mr. [redacted]
would like us to apply the $500 deposit to another vehicle we have in stock, I
will offer this for up to 2 years.  Please see the attached [redacted]
listing for the [redacted] in question to view the Terms and
conditions:

Bought two cars. They have been great to work with.

I had a friend that recently recommended to check this dealership out. As I was looking around online I had come across their cars within my search. The Mercedes was just as described and I couldn't believe how clean it was for being a 2006. I also recommend people to look here when purchasing a new car. The people are great and the prices are even better

The owner did call and speak to me regarding the vehicle. He was polite. We agreed to disagree. I appreciate him offering to hold the 500 downpayment for 2 years to see if there is another vehicle that I am interested in. I feel uncomfortable about that offer. I appreciate him attaching the [redacted] listing; but I was encouraged to purchase the vehicle from his website to avoid [redacted] fees on their end. I complied and purchased it from his website as a benefit to him and his company. I guess I am out my 500.00 and have learned a lesson.

I JUST BOUGHT MY SECOND CAR FROM ROBERT AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE PRICE. I WILL NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FUTURE CARS. THANKS, [redacted]
