Ohio Basement Systems

The crew Rashawn ,Marcus, Larry,and Donte they did a excellent job doing my basement very professionally done. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Had their system put into my basement. I was skeptical that their system could work, but the salesman called corporate and talked to their engineer on site. He asked for various information and said that the system would work. In less than 2.5 years, a heavy rain came (and this is what the system is for) and I received ~6 inches of water in basement and it wasn't from the sewer as a reverse flow valve was put on sewer line. Also, I was in my basement when I saw the water enter -- it was coming in through the walls by the foundation. Electricity was on and I have a grade "A" sump pump in my sump pit. It was removing any water that came into the pit. I called company and they sent out a person to take a look. The person came in and looked at everything other than their system and wanted to blame the city, a professional plumber that did work for me and so on... All he was there for was to play the 'blame game' -- and obviously take the blame off of themselves. Complete waste of money and time if the system is going to fail exactly when it is supposed to be working. If I could rate them a zero, I would.
