Bison Bath & Kitchen was contracted by *** ***and the State of New York to remodel a bath room in *** ***'s mobile home for her grandson, *** ***All work and materials used on the job were specified by the Project Architect, Long AssociatesWhen the project started, the
mobile home had pre-existing structural damage due to water in the bathroom which required additional work approved by the State of New York and *** ***This slowed the project and created a later completion dateAlso, Bison did not have access to the mobile home through the month of June because of Nancy's prior commitmentsThe bathroom was functional at that time.The home had new smoke detectors and a ceiling fan previously installed by othersIn lieu of not replacing these items, the customer agreed to several upgrades including a Toto bidet toilet seat ($600), the toilet was relocated to allow better access for ***'s use, a new wall cabinet for the laundry area, upgraded door for the laundry area, extra towel bar and ceramic soapdish, additional electrical work to repair deficient electrical in the storage area at other end of the mobile home and upgraded ceramic tile for entire bathroomThe ceiling fan also had new trim and filters installedAll upgrades were done at no additional cost to the homeowner.The entire project was signed off on by the State of New York, *** ***., Town of *** and *** ***Bison has since received the final payment from *** ***because of the work being satisfactorily completed to their specificationsAlso, pictures of the completed project are available upon request.Sincerely,Stephen ***PresBison Bath & Kitchen, Inc.***
