This is pure lies, the only thing right out here is that Donna told me they threw away the stuff they ordered in as they moved to a new officethen she told me it would be $to order those parts butwhen I contacted back in it was for a window pane which had cracked and it was supposed to be provided free as per the guarantee and they told me $but never proceeded or call me with itNow again I called them as one window is loose and could fall apart and since cold weather approaching I do no want to be left in cold or order another pane from some other companyThis time when I called again the lady told me $and said we will call you when our team is aroundBut it has been more then to weeks and not heard anything back and now they are wanting $150.00, not sure where they get their pricesBut I do need one master bedroom window pane as I have just replaced it with ordinary double pane glass and one window has loose glass pane and need to fix that too as soon as possibleOnce again the I had call a few weeks ago I was told $

the business called me back last week after making the compliantAt that time they asked the exact issue I was having and indicated they would call me back to set up the exact time to make the repair. I am trying to get back in touch with them to schedule the repair

Ohio Builder Resources is no longer in business. We have a telephone number where customers can leave a voice message and we call them back. We had tried to call Mrs***, but had to leave a message. We have finally gotten in contact with her. She needs parts
for her window, she is going to call us today with the number of parts she needs. We will have the manufacturer ship the parts directly to her and her husband will put them on(They are easy to install). She said this would be acceptable to her

We installed windows for Mr*** in 2009. He reported needing service inSeptember of 2012. When the part came in, we contacted MrMotowala several times,to schedule the service. He did not return our calls. Every few years we clean out our warehouse and donate or
dispose of spare parts, Mr ***'s part was disposed of since he did not return our calls.In February of Mr*** again called our office for service. He was told that there would be a $charge because we would have to reorder his part. He told us he did not want to pay for the service and cancelled the request. He did call back on 10/11/and we have not contacted him. We will attempt to contact him and if he is amenable to the $service charge we will reorder his part and install it for him

Now again I called them as one window is loose and could fall apart and since cold weather approaching I do no want to be left in cold or order another pane from some other company. This time when I called again the lady told me $75.00 and said we will call you when our team is around. But it has been more then 6 to 8 weeks and not heard anything back and now they are wanting $150.00, not sure where they get their prices.
