Thank you for making us aware of this concernThe School Director, Director of Education and Program Director have had the opportunity to meet with our student and assured her that we take bullying very seriously while asking for the details of what occurredThe student stated that she does not currently feel threatened or harassed and that "it was just that one day." She did give examples of occurrences over the previous quarters where unkind things were said between students such as one student calling another "rude" or in another instance one student calling a fellow student a "spas"The student also stated that teachers witnessed this but did not address the situationThe student was advised to please come to teachers or administration immediately if she ever feels in any way bullied, harassed or intimidated in the futureThe Program Director will approach other students in the class who may have been a part of the incidents described to ask them if they are in any way feeling bullied so that we can take a proactive approach if they need assistance[redacted] School Director

Ms*** The work was completed per the client’s instructions and mailed the results to his residence after several calls were madeBoth the client and the agency continued to miss each other with phone calls and returned phone calls at which point the client then filed a complaint with Revdex.com, Upon

We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] with the offer to pay for another test receipt and to give him additional time in the truck of his choice for training. They offered to let me come back and pay more money when they didn't provide the training that I was supposed to receive the first time.   They did say that I left before the program was complete but that was only because it would of been impossible for me to have the equipment operation time promised in the time that I had left and if I stayed just for the sake of completing they would have charged me for the full amount. Once again during the time I was there I only had one and a half hours of time operating the equipment and would have needed almost four hours per day in my remaining days to receive the 40 hours provided in my contract.  I don't believe that I should pay for training that I did not receive.  The school knew in advance that this was going to happen. They didn't have the instructors required. Stating to me that some of their instructors were in training themselves during my classes. I spent my days standing around waiting rather then learning anything. I know just as much about driving a truck now as I did before I went to the training, in other words nothing.
