Ohio Christian University has two distinct collegesOnline students are a part of the College of Adult and Graduate studies that is designed for working adultsThe other college serves primarily those that have just graduated from high schoolThe financial aid processes are different and these
differences are detailed in each college’s respective program catalog
Adjustments to a student’s financial aid are completed in accordance within the Department of Education’s Return of Title IV calculation process
Financial aid was accurately processed for the students’ classes, however, the University was unable to keep much aid on the student’s account based on the government form stating what had to be canceled or returned
The University’s business office has been in contact with the student and is working on a payment plan

That amount was what was sent to collections on 4/26/17. It sounds like you still have the book.
