Greetings, We would like to resolve this If there was someone Mr [redacted] spoke to, they are no longer with us When I tried to verify the transaction there wasnt one in our records We have never charged $for one of our classes We also do not have a record of a $refund nor a refund issued to Mr [redacted] from any of our merchant accounts As required by all purchasers of our gift certificates we collect a valid email If a class was canceled it would have been sent via email The original purchaser would have received a cancellation notice We would also like to know who the 3rd party that refunded Mr [redacted] the $ Did this 3rd party sell an Ohio Concealed Carry Institute gift certificate to Mr [redacted] ? If so we would like to see the Gift Certificate There are only two authorized parties allowed to sell our gift certificates If it was issued by Ohio Concealed Carry Institute or the other authorized seller then it would have a unique ID &/or mico-print to verify its authenticity However we will NOT issue a refund to any 3rd party, only the original purchaser may make that request and must do it within a timely manner after a cancellation notice is sent If Mr [redacted] is not the original purchaser, and was sold the gift certificate by a unauthorized 3rd party, then he would need to issue a complaint with the 3rd party that refunded his money If Mr [redacted] is not the original purchaser then I request that this complaint be closed in our favor

"I remember speaking with you directlySeveral emails were sent out several weeks in advance to let students know that the address had changedThere was a change in the address in which we were going to teach the classOut of the students that were listed of them attended the correct address.I had offered to try and fit into my schedule a private class in order to make you and your husband happy and then you began cussing at me, yelling at me, and being quite rude You then demanded that I was going to be at your house on Wednesday at a.m and I tried to tell you I needed to look at my schedule first, yet you continued to tell me that I was going to do a private class for you and your significant other and that I had nothing to say about it and continued to curse at meI asked that once you were calm to call me back and I have not heard anything from you since.We would be happy to reschedule you for a future class at no additional chargeHowever, if you bring this kind of attitude into my classroom I will fail youYou're asking me to sign off putting a gun in your hands and you took a calm situation and elevated it so much so that I had to ask you to call back when you were calm I can totally understand being upset and I can totally understand that you were looking for a resolution, but yelling and cussing at somebody is no way to treat anybody no matter what the situation In my class I not only teach you how to defend yourself, but I also teach our students how to avoid putting themselves in a situation in which they have to use deadly forceThe best way to avoid a situation in which you may have to use deadly force is to remain calm, watch what you say, and avoid confrontation.Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience so we can talk about this situationMy phone number is ###-###-####.Yours in Service ,Aaron B M*** Ohio Concealed Carry Institute President and Founder "

I would recommend this class to anyone! The class is really fun and very informativeThe instructor, [redacted] really made the classHe is very energetic and enthusiastic about gun safety and he is an excellent teacherIt is a long day if you do a day class instead of the days but with [redacted]  enthusiasm and great stories it really flew byAfter the class we hit the range and all of the teaching of safety and handling guns really made a difference in my shootingOverall it is the most affordable and enjoyable class that you could choose!

First of all they have yet to call me after all the messages I left They say they have no record of me, then why did they call me to first confirm the class then to reschedule the class? The 3rd party group that was involved has already given me a credit in the amount of $ I believe the Ohio Concealed Carry Institute should pay for my three hours of travel that would have been avoided had they called me I would accept $to cover the travel

We have already resolved this, was able to retake class and get my license backWe are all good Regards, [redacted]

Refund has been issued, sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately it was out of my control what happened and we plan to put measures in place so nothing like this happens again.Mike P

Based upon what I know of the business, the business' reputation, and interaction with the owner, I have no reason to believe that the request for refund will be honoredI received a sarcastic text message from the owner last evening that made it quite clear refunding is unlikely to be receivedReading recent reviews/complaints on Revdex.com.org as well as other outlets provide further support my hesitation to have any additional interaction with this company or its ownerI am unwilling to continue any further interaction or comply in further sharing of any credit card, debit, financial information, or otherwise with Ohio Concealed Carry Institute (OCCI)I do not believe, based upon the text message I received yesterday and my other previous experiences, that the response from OCCI is sincere or trustworthyI wish to be left aloneI will take the ~loss and find a reputable company to work with in the futureI would like to thank the Revdex.com for their effort and timeRegards, [redacted]

The response from the business is not accurateA notice was never sent to anyone that signed up and paid for the classWhen Aaron was rewatched later in the evening that Sunday of he scheduled class, he informed us he never has Sunday classes and we didn't know what we were talking about and nobody would get a refundThe conversations came to a point of unprofessionalism with him cussing us out and hanging up the phoneI have myself and other witnesses of these conversations with the owner

I think we are going to go ahead and refund his money if he is willing to turn in the gift certificate However, Ive looked on all of our merchant accounts and cant seem to find a transaction for Mr [redacted] If he could forward a receipt or proof of purchase we would be willing to go ahead and refund the price he paid The other option is if he doesn’t have a receipt or transaction ID then we would be willing to offer a seat in one of our future classes
