*** is on our list for re-repairover the winter we cease operations until springconcrete repair cannot be done over the winter months We have a list of re-touch upsthat we address in order *** is 3rd on the list for spring It appears we emailed him at some
point this winter to let him know we are down for the winter I will personally make sure his issue is addressed I do not think the issue he has was covered by our warrantyflaking and discoloration is not covered by the warrantyhowever we will still address the issue in spring if the customer wants the issue addressed We are looking at about to weeks before operations start up. I hope we can get his issue addressed, and hopefully satisfy the customers complaint We have been in business for many years, and have not had a complaint with the Revdex.comI regret that we could not get to the customers issue quick enough before winter settled in Be happy to work with the customer to resolveonce operations start back upin a few weeks. Complaint 11975402 - Ohio Concrete Repair           [redacted]   Tue, 02/28/17 9:57 am     Hello- I received a response noting that my complaint has been closed due to lack of response. I apologize but didn't realize I had timeframe in which to respond. The owners response to my complaint was that they would be out to repair my steps in the spring when work resumes. I am fine with this approach, but will not consider the complaint resolved until the work is actually done. The owner promised me for months last year that he'd get the work done and never did so- thus my complaint. Please let me know if I need to refile or what next step should be taken to ensure actual resolution. [redacted]
