The Credit Union has received the statement provided by our member and researched the details.Provided below is the position of the Credit Union.The members' payroll funds were received and posted to their savings account prior to the CreditUnion opening on Thursday December 10th, which is the effective date of the payroll directdeposit from their employerDuring the morning of December 10th there were some intermittentinterruptions to the ATM network that may have limited the members' ability to withdraw fundsat an ATMWhile the interruption to the ATM network would have created someinconvenience, the members' funds were always available for withdrawThe member did visit aCredit Union office at 11:AM on December 10th to withdraw funds from their accountTheCredit Union makes available to its members twenty (20) shared branch locations in area.The debit card transaction logs show no record of the member attempting a purchase transactionon December These same logs do show the ATM withdrawals that failed.The Credit Union made the members' funds available to them on the effective date of thedepositThe Credit Union is not responsible for any of the members late rent fees since thefunds in their account were always available to them and the member withdrew them onDecember 10th.Contact me if you need any additional information.Sincerely,Jerome RV [redacted]
