I finally got in touch with the general manager and she had a refund issues to meI'm all taken care of now.

Mr*** check in at 3:we made a mistake and checked him into a room the housekeeper had not cleaned yet We immediately moved him to room *** and apologized.He came down around 11:pm and said the room had
roachesWe explained to him that he made his reservation through *** and
payed through ***aWe ask him to call *** and tell them the situation
and ask them for a creditThey would then call us and we would issue the
credit to *** On 7-25th *** called and ask if we would
refund them and we said of course and then issued creditIf Mr*** has
not received credit then he needs to contact his credit card company. We called *** and reported the issue and they came out
and inspected the roomThere were no roaches foundThis guest is local and
used the room for almost hoursAs you can see from the *** I sent you he
has a local addressThe *** also shows the credit.I can send the ***
reports if needed
