It is our regret that our customer was ticketed for the non-conforming tint. The Sales Manager offered to pay half of the ticket because he felt as if the customer was aware of the level of tint when the vehicle was purchased. He had been in and looked and test driven the vehicle at
least three times. We were in no way trying to deceive him about the tint. We were unaware of its non-conformity too. North Main Motors will reimburse the customer for the ticket and remove his tint at the same time. He needs to call us to let us know when he will be bringing the car in for removal and picking up his check so we may schedule our staff accordingly

After reviewing this complaint, my first response is that I offer our sincere apologies in the delay in replying to Ms. [redacted]'s original complaint with our Company.  This was not handled in the manner that it needed to be.  I believe in the meantime however,  the issues have been...

resolved to the customer's satisfaction.  Upon Ms. [redacted] having her vehicle towed in to our dealership, our Service Manager had it taken to the GM dealership for their Factory trained technicians to diagnose.  The required repair was deemed to be programming a new key for the vehicle.   The cost was $275.  Even after almost 9 months of owning the vehicle and not being a covered component of a service contract, North Main Motors paid for the expense of the programming in an attempt to resolve the issue for Ms. [redacted].  She also had the dealer diagnose another problem she mentioned with the stalling out and jolting, but received an almost $500 estimate from them to perform the repairs.  North Main Motors took care of fixing the valve cover that was leaking vacuum at only $191 cost to Ms. [redacted].  We are still able to pass a weekly payment to end of the loan as well if that will make it easier for her too since she had the recent repair bill and was without her car for a week.  She will just need to contact Amanda and sign the necessary form.  Again, we are certainly not in the habit of taking care of customer service issues in this fashion, but as you see we will always make every effort to treat our customers how they should be treated and continue lasting relationships.

Hello, This is [redacted] [redacted], complain number [redacted]. I tried to email you previously, but it came back as failed. I just wanted to let you know after having my car fixed at North Main Motors, it has been coming up as a warning on my front dash to stop engine. My car has been leaking oil very badly. At first I thought I was low on oil, because he did mention that I needed anoil change. I was also told that he added oil to my car after fixing it that day. On the way home to my sisters, which is about an hour and a half from North Main Motors is when my dash starting reading "stop engine." Since then I have had my oil changed.My car continues to leak oil, it is so bad that Icould actually seeing itata constant drip, over spilling on the front of the car.And after driving for so long it continues to read "stop engine." I took my car to North Main Motors again today, on 10/17/2017 and he said there was no oil leak after checking the car over for 2.5 hours.
