This email is in regards to complaint ***. The customer, Tim, needed sights replaced on a firearm he purchased from us. We replaced the sights and inspected the firearm in front of the customer. The customer then
inspected the firearm and approved. The customer then left the store. A few days later, the customer returned to the store and said the sights were the wrong color and the slide was scratched. *** has since informed the customer they are willing to repair the slide free of charge. Ohio Gun & Tactical Supply has agreed to replace the sights free of charge as well. *** and OhioGTS are waiting to hear back from the customer. It has been about two weeks and no response from the customer
