My wife and I would like to extend our deepest thanks to your entire staff for a job well done. We were in the market for a hot tub, but knew literally nothing about them. We ventured into your store on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted by Samantha. She was very pleasant to deal with. Samantha was very informative in educating us and guiding us in a hot tub that would not only meet our needs, but also to stay within our budget.

Being that we were new to this and wanted to be sure we did our due diligence and review other brands and companies as well. What really impressed us, was that Samantha did an excellent job not only selling the brand, she sold the service as well. At no time was she ever pushy or tried to "change our minds for us" as some sales reps will do.

After about a week or two, I followed back up with Samantha to let her know we reached our decision and decided to go with your company. We emailed back and forth a few times and came in fourth of July weekend to take advantage of your "no sales tax" promotion and put down our deposit. Samantha was very informative in reviewing the electrical requirements, what to expect on day of install as well as following back up for after care to ensure we have the right chemical balance in our hot tub. I paid the balance on July 9th.

The install manager called me the following manager and said he could install in two days on Wednesday afternoon! WOW!!! THAT'S FAST!!!!

Wednesday came and the installers Kevin, Max and Robby called and let me know they were on the way. Upon arrival, they greeted me by name and with a handshake. They did a quick assessment of the layout and where it was going to be installed. Within 15-20 minutes, the spa was unloaded and sitting on my back deck being filled with water. These guys sure didn't waste any time. While the hot tub was filling, we sat on my deck and we got to know each other very well. Like Samantha, they were true customer service professionals. They reviewed the operation, the chemical treatment and all of the functionality of the tub. Prior to them leaving, they again asked if I had any other questions, shook my hand and departed. They were true professionals!

My only issue during the install was that I wish that the water from my garden hose was a little warmer as we could not wait to get in! Once the temperature was warmer, we got in and could not be any more pleased with the "Island Series" hot tub we purchased. The foot blaster option that Samantha recommended is fantastic!

We can't thank you and your entire team there at "The Great Backyard Place" enough! We love our new hot tub and could not be any more pleased with the product or the service we received from everyone on your staff. We are 100% confident that we made the right purchase from the right company and you truly are "The Great Backyard Place"!!
