working on getting a refund to our patient as soon as possible. Check 120434, dated 3/18/15 amounting to $115.00 was mailed to the Georgia address provided by the patient. About a week later, the patient left a message for the billing person who was working with her. Our billing person returned her phone call and told her the check had been mailed. We were never notified that our patient had not received her check at the address she gave us. It was not until we received the bank statement, that we realized this check has never been cashed. We will put a stop payment on the above check and reissue another check.
