She called in for serviceWe went out there and her refrigerator was never coming onWe cleaned it the thermostat was badWe tested it with an electronic volt meter and it was not workingWe told her the issue and how much it would cost and she agreed to itWe returned and installed it and set
thermostat for herShe called the next day and said she put warm soup in there and it was not cold yetI told her not to put hot food in there, wait until it is room temperature and then put it in the refrigeratorShe also kept opening and closing the door which did not helpShe called up and cancelled the service call and said she made a mistake in setting one up and that the refrigerator was workingShe called me almost every day for weeksThere was nothing else wrong with the refrigeratorShe had us come back out and had her son on locationHer son wanted to know why we changed the thermostat and stated that it was doing same thingI went over everything with himWe bench tested the old thermostat because we left it with her and he agreed it was badHe also agreed if any further work needed to be done we would be billing her for thatWe were there for and a half hoursShe did not want to put any more money in the refrigerator I recorded rest of the transaction where they stated that is was cooling down, that they understood what we charged them for and that they wouldn’t be putting any more money in itShe stated she wanted a new fridge, I told her I would work with her on getting her one and if she did want to get a new one, we would not charge her for the second visit, she didn’t want to do thatShe was billed for the two service calls because we did the work for herWe have printed the invoice and mailed it to her and printed it to her and handed it to herEverything is explained to her in detail
