Thank you for your email to inform us the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] toward our company Mr [redacted] was referred by one of our client to shoot for his daughter's senior pictures His daughter called us on 10/14/(which we still kept her voice message) and we shoot for her outdoor senior photo in Inniswood park on 10/19/ On that day, we waited for them for more than hours and shoot for her around hours The on-location session (outdoor) shooting fee is clearly stated $(up to hours) on our price sheet (attached in this email) However, they did not bring $deposit as supposed to do They say they just forgot to bring money with them After that, we shoot for his daughter's indoor portrait including their whole family portraits on 11/16/ On that day, we waited for them even unreasonably longer, around hours However, in order to show our courtesy to them and appreciation to their referrer, we did not charge them the waiting fee at all which we suppose entitled to charge Once again, they forgot to bring their deposit We shoot another hours for their indoor portraits which should price at $ In all, our photographer spent hours on waiting and hours on shooting, we should generate $ based on $75/h standard feeAnd also, the photographer spent at least 7-hours to process their total portraits and put them all up on our website without adding watermarks as proofs for them to preview However, we only quoted them $as total shooting session charge when they came back to choose pictures on 12/14/ The original invoice is attached in this email Base on their selection at that time, they picked up package C which is $and including 1-8xcanvas or frame and portraits They asked us to swap the canvas to a digital raw image CD which including all images they ordered ( which priced at $with minimum $purchase) In order to make our customer happy, we compromised and let them to swap it When we were ready to collect payment to proceed the order, once again, they did not bring any money with them Also, they said they would like to talk to their daughter to confirm the selections and would email us back the next day with their selections No email was received in following three days I called his wife two days later than they promised us to send the email list, and she picked up the call and said her daughter was so busy and still could not make decisions I called her one week later and she said the same thing After that, she had never picked up my calls or returned my voice messages I called her at least times and left messages My business partner and I was really frustrated toward this situation Since Mr [redacted] 's referrer is a friend of our photographer, ***, I asked [redacted] to email him on 1/9/and kindly to remind him to respond and complete his order process Mr [redacted] replied on 1/9/and said he was too busy with other things and would make the decision later However, when [redacted] sent him another email on 1/19/(forwarded in this email) to remind him to pay half of the invoice due by mail to ensure his order process, he did not respond then My major business partner eventually lost her patience and ask me to give him the last notice to pay I sent him the last notice on 2/9/(forwarded in this email) to ask him to pay at lest the invoice of session fee (attached in this email) if he still could not make his selections yet We warned him we would handle this invoice plus 25% late fee charge to collection agency if we could not receive his payment by following Saturday (2/14/15) During this period, I made a couple of calls to them and still no one picked up However, we still gave him more time than we stated We called a collection agency, [redacted] on 2/25/and forwarded the agency the last notice we sent to Mr [redacted] on 2/9/ Obviously you can see in this forwarded email, we had never accused Mr [redacted] stole the pictures from our website We simply asked for the shooting session fee if they still could not make selections after months Ironically, no matter how many times we called and emailed them and they had never responded, they emailed us the same day when the collection agency called them On 2/28/16, his wife called me numerous times from the phone number which I could never reached her in the past two monthsShe left me two threatening messages to force me to meet with her that day She stated she would threw the money to my face and we would have big trouble if we did not show up that day I kept her threatening voice messages as proofs It was really threatening and harassing I almost called police to protect ourselves It is clear, without collection agency stepping in, Mr [redacted] and his wife would never respond to us The only reason we contact collection agency is seeking help to find Mr [redacted] and his wife to pay us the service fee we claim We spent so much time and energy on them and so far we did not get a penny back Based on what collection agency told us and as well as to them, their credit score will have no impact if they comply to collection agency and pay in days Mr [redacted] also filed a complaint toward our company to Ohio Attorney General, and it has already been closed(please see forwarded email) I know as a Revdex.com Specialist, you strive to protect every customer's right However, as a customer myself, I expect to take my financial responsibilities which means making payment for the services I receive In this case, Mr [redacted] on purposely ignored and tried to avoid his financial liability after receiving our services It is totally unethical, even possibly illegal We believe that we treat every customer with equal kindness and respects And at same time, we have to protect our own interests as well Collection Agency is the only legal entity we know who can help us to claim our rights Please urge Mr [redacted] to comply with the collection agency and pay promptly Thank you for your patience to read through this long email and forward emails as well as the attachments Jan Thanks for your messageOur studio was processing and closing the photo sessionsMy partner and owner are not happy about this oneAs it passed such a long time since last November that we still cannot close itThey would like to get the down payment by the end of Sunday (Jan 25) in order to further process Would you please send a check with Please read this information in details, you will understand in clear transparency what is happening with consumer, where Revdex.com has to protect consumer not a business with bad practice
Ohio smile is not registered and does not have Taxid , if so they have not provided me, looks like they are earning cash and not reporting to IRS, I will also contact IRS and inform to investigate about their earnings from the time they have started the business, this is small business tax evasion, looks like they are not even filing anywhere and loss to public funds for the state
Revdex.com can you please request *** to provide the Police complaint docket # I will go the police station and explain the situation and also the logs of the site to prove that we have stolen photos as per the collection agency

The collection company agent *** *** told my wife that as per *** information we have stolen pictures from Ohio SmilesCollection Agency is stalking my wife at work, if she loses the Job as her supervisor has complained that she is getting many calls during her work as collection agency as per *** is using illegal tactics of disguising the calling number as out home phone number, Ohio smiles will pay her the loss of income, if she loses her job because of this, and they will pay until she gets a new job in the same industry
The Mr*** is a partner of *** and being a partner he did not what is happening, we knew that he was going for a visit through our friends, *** has planned all this behind her own partner ***, this all has happened when *** was out of country
We were not provided of any cost nor provided any price quotes for photos before the photo shoot other than the session fees, they pressured us to take pictures and constantly stalking us
We went to their office to pay they told us not to come in last minute*** has taken a *** adult photos and without parental permissions has posted on the internet, which is illegal, any one in the whole world can go to their site and steal the main picture without login, this is violation of personal rights and deemed as illegal to post the pictures in public view without consentI am an IT professional from years, I can prove in Technology perspective, after seeing this they might change the site, as of now you can see it here -
http://www.ohiosmile.com/#!proof/c1mxb
*** also threatened us that they can do anything with the photograph, if we do not pay, all the while, we never said we did not want to pay, we said that we had some timing issues, and all were sick at home, we have the proof of doctors visits, including pharmacy records etc
just so to inform, We have hired a another photographer, she is open and honest and has provided all the costs before the photo session which is next weekthey lost the trust
to inform, attorney general office closed the case as Ohio smiles just sent a brochure with no explanation on the caseAS I said before, ohio smiles have played these games earlier
Also for the record I am informing Revdex.com that I will inform all Asian community of these Ohio Smile SCAM ARTISTS

Thank you for your email to inform us the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] toward our...

company.
Mr. [redacted] was referred by one of our client to shoot for his daughter's senior pictures.  His daughter called us on 10/14/2014 (which we still kept her voice message) and we shoot for her outdoor senior photo in Inniswood park on 10/19/14.  On that day, we waited for them for more than 1.5 hours and shoot for her around 2 hours.  The on-location session (outdoor) shooting fee is clearly stated $150 (up to 3 hours) on our price sheet (attached in this email).  However, they did not bring $100 deposit as supposed to do.  They say they just forgot to bring money with them.
After that, we shoot for his daughter's indoor portrait including their whole family portraits on 11/16/14.  On that day, we waited for them even unreasonably longer, around 2 hours.  However, in order to show our courtesy to them and appreciation to their referrer, we did not charge them the waiting fee at all which we suppose entitled to charge.  Once again, they forgot to bring their deposit.  We shoot another 1.5 hours for their indoor portraits which should price at $75.
In all, our photographer spent 3.5 hours on waiting and 3 hours on shooting, we should generate $487.50  based on $75/h standard fee. And also, the photographer spent at least 7-8 hours to process their 130 total portraits and put them all up on our website without adding watermarks as proofs for them to preview.  However, we only quoted them $150 as total shooting session charge when they came back to choose pictures on 12/14/14.  The original invoice is attached in this email.  Base on their selection at that time, they picked up package C which is $279 and including 1-8x10 canvas or frame and 10 portraits.  They asked us to swap the canvas to a digital raw image CD which including all images they ordered ( which priced at $200 with minimum $300 purchase).   In order to make our customer happy, we compromised and let them to swap it.  When we were ready to collect payment to proceed the order, once again, they did not bring any money with them.  Also, they said they would like to talk to their daughter to confirm the selections and would email us back the next day with their selections.

From: [redacted] Neel [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, March 30, 2015 4:27 PMTo: [email protected]: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Central Ohio in regards to your complaint #10515503.   I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As I have informed earlier from the day one that I have no issues of paying $250 for the services and DVD. Here are my conditions: 1. I will pay $250 Check in presence of Mr. [redacted] (Photographer) without any issues and receive the DVD with all the pictures they have taken at the same time and location and no other costs involved. 2. They will check the DVD in front of me with all the Raw pictures as is from his camera and hand it over to me as simple as that. 3. They need to provide me confirmed copy of letter from the collection agency hired and credit information pertaining to this as RESOLVED showing that collection agency has corrected the issues with credit agency (Transunion and Equifax) regardless with proof  of communication with the Credit agencies, I do not trust their business also as they tricked to use dialing service for fake calling services. either it is done by collection agency or [redacted] has told them to do it not sure which is correct. Also I wanted to inform Revdex.com that [redacted] was adamant, I know she has a business, but she did not She does not have human considerations. we were all sick one by one in the family and have the proof's for that She did neither understood the issues of a consumer nor she did not advice us on how much it costs on photos after the shoot, this is not correct business ethics, they should inform the consumer before they start. That is my concern. It should be posted on their website. or at least the packages cost, it was a sticker shock.
