I am rejecting this response because:I was never received any telephone calls or correspondence from any person affilated with this store or class As I stated in my complaint, I called within one week after I paid for the beginner's class on 8/15/The class was not scheduled to start until 9/15/When I called I was transferred to the person who handles refunds This person stated they do not give refunds I am sending a copy of the class policy that was on their website the day I filed my complaint I do not want any thing from this store but a full refund
