We did perform work at [redacted] at the time it was under the name of [redacted].  When we called to collect for the balance on the account [redacted] gave us [redacted] name and number to collect from, stating that she was responsible for payment.  [redacted] also stated that...

the job was completed.  We had permitted the job back in 2014, which requires inspections to be completed and were never called out to set the fixtures, which is for the final inspection.  Once a final inspection is completed than our name is removed from the permit.  We than contacted Sewerage and Water Board to be removed from job because we did not complete the work.  Daniel meet [redacted] on the jobsite to discuss and noticed fixtures had been set by someone other than Mudbug Plumbing Repair, Inc.  Daniel noticed violations for the kitchen and venting, he gave [redacted] a price to fix violations and re-permit the job so that her meter would not be removed and she refused the work to be done.  We will not be refunding the amount of $655.00 which was an outstanding balance for a year plus for the work that we completed.  If we would have been contacted to complete setting the fixtures this situation would have been avoided.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
