I had my eye LASIK done Approx. 2009 at Ohio valley. Dr Malitz left a hole opening in my lens in which a bacteria grew in my eye. I almost lost my vision in my left eye. I went to Indianapolis to fix my eye it is awesome now. Dr Malitz should not be doing LASIK.
