We are in receipt of the above complaint filed by *** *** *** We contracted with this General Contractor to perform plumbing work in Texas The company did not bring in a licensed master plumber as required in the state and the work that was performed was not to texas
state plumbing code Taylor county was informed of this and following Texas state law, we informed them they would not be paid for the work they performed That a master plumber was being brought in to correctly handle the work and that we would be sending Taylor County an invoice At that time Taylor County began harrassing company employees and threatening our clients that they intend on filing a lien on their property In addition, the dollar amount they indicate in their complaint is false This is not an amount that the company agreed to pay them for the work they should have performed.*** *** *** is a company every homeowner in Texas needs to be aware of and not allow them to perform work in their residence.Thank youRegards,Alison S*Director of Operations
