Mr.[redacted] forgot to mention that he received his watch back and was never asked to pay any money.  Post Office Tracking #[redacted]. contacted me in 2015 that he had recently purchased an antique pocket watch with playing cards on the dial that he liked and would I be able to...

restore this non-working project watch. I agreed and many many times tried to explain that when dealing with an Antique pocket watch all of the parts are no longer available and it can take a very long time to restore just like any antique being restored. Not an easy job done right. Over the next 2 years Mr.[redacted] emailed at least a dozen times that he would keep waiting until a replacement crown was located-old one very worn- Even on 8-30-17 his email says maybe we can still find a new crown. Just a few days prior he says I'm running a "Scam", Really?? Wow, I've repaired 25,000+ watches and all of a sudden I;m running a scam and I;ve never heard of a scam that your not asked to pay any money.  Mr.[redacted] was never asked to pay any money.  I spent money+time trying to help him out with the watch- He does not seem to understand why anyone would try and help someone out?? Mr.[redacted] forgot to mention that I had emailed several times that the parts were not available and that updated parts may be available at some point-  I was only trying to help him out with a low quality Replica watch.  Mr.[redacted] was NEVER asked to pay any money. I was nice enough to...

invest many hour's or my time trying to source the needed parts for him. His watch has already been shipped back no charge Post Office Tracking #[redacted] and #[redacted] clasp section.  My record speaks for itself having repaired over 25,000+ watches in 25 years and no Mr.[redacted] no body was trying to rip you off.   Honesty goes a long way and I was very clear that the parts were the issue from the get go.
