A Terminal Nightmare
After 14 years in remission Cancer symptoms returned (Leiomyosarcoma) 11/03/2024 due to severe Pelvic pain and Nausea and loss of consciousness episodes a ambulance was called.Against my knowledge I was taken to a Twinsburg Ohio Cleveland Clinic Facility which is where the nightmare began. On 11/11/2024 (since No Treatment at all was done in Twinsburg Ohio) I was brought to Ohio Health Hospital ER in Mansfield. Again a Nurse Practitioner” (not a M.D.) attended .I presented with “text book “symptoms for Leiomyosarcoma the most dangerous was the “over Six Weeks “Bleeding and continuous “blood loss.Top GynOncolgist in the Country stated “if following remission, Bleeding ever resumed: the prognosis would be “TERMINAL”.The Mansfield NP ordered another CT & a Ultrasound. In Twinsburg the NP “deliberately FALSIFIED and hid” all CT results from my records. Why? Because of her association with Hines Hill Senior, Assisted Living in Hudson Ohio.In late September , myself and many other Seniors filed complaints of Medicaid Fraud Extortion, Patient Abuse, with the State Attorney General’s Office,the HHS-OIG Medicaid Fraud,ODH and Summit Adult Protective Services.The Twinsburg NP. (associated) with Hines Hill heard me say I was “Not Safe at that assisted living that in punishment “ for our complaints, all of us who are Mobility Impaired/ Disabled had our “Wheelchairs “taken away as punishment, next all my “meals/ food was “stopped ordered by the Director Katrina.(punishment by starvation). The (Twinsburg) hospital ER Summary intentionally “falsified by the “unnamed NP claims I was at the ER for “belly pain probably “constipation ! Her diagnosis is “belly pain from a “unknown cause! “It does not seem to be caused by anything “Dangerous you do not need surgery, you do not need to stay in the hospital “she even changed her NP. title to Doctor! I was advised to drink 7up or Sprite “ for the next 24hours”(new treatment for terminal cancer with continuous bleeding. I had a major Heart Attack in May 2024, and September 3rd “four Cardiac procedures were done at “Akron Cleveland Clinic including a long-term Holter Monitor for V-fib. But again the NP writes: listing herself as “my doctor “ has learned about your medical history, examined you and checked any tests that were done Still it is not clear why you have chest pain!The “doctor thinks there only a small chance that your pain is caused by a health problem that could lead to serious harm or death! These are the medical “notes the Ohio Health Hospital ER) NP found on 11/11.The Ohio Health NP gave medication for Nausea/ Pelvic pain but “No Mention of Leiomyosarcoma or “18 months on Chemotherapy emergency “Blood Transfusions needed for blood loss. Her summary reflects the Ultrasound technician’s “asinine thought (“fibroids!) No Menopausal woman nearly 70 with “no fibroid history will develop them. The summary mentions “non-pregnancy Vaginal Bleeding “as fairly common . Post-Menopausal Bleeding (not on the Summary) is “Never common and is always given a Oncology referral but Not at Ohio Health Hospital in Mansfield.These record need to be amended or Legal action will be taken.

Terrible and scary
This hospital is known throughout Mansfield as 'dead central'. Nurses are horrible to patients and their families. Laugh and snicker at them and stare. Doctors just throw medications at patients without even listening to what's going on or even looking at the obvious symptoms. People die here! They die because the nurses and doctors don't care and they release people who need care that are a danger to themselves and other's. Absolutely pathetic and breaking the oath they take as providers.
