hello, this is a response in regards to a complaint I received in the mailThis customer ( [redacted] ) purchased an iPhone from my shop on Nov18th 2017, two weeks later she came back saying that the phone was not charging, after inspecting and checking the phone by our certified technician , it was determined that the phone was fully functional and had no such issue and that the phone was charging perfectlythe customer kept insisting that the phone was defectiveBut to make matters easier for both parties I offered to swap out the iPhone to a new iPhone and I will take back the first iPhone she purchasedbut she refused that offer and contacted her credit card company to try to get her money WHILE she still had the product with herafter contacting the credit card company they ruled in favor of meafter a few weeks she came back to the store knowing she lost the dispute with her credit card company and agreed to have the old phone swapped out for a new one which we did on march 25th we didn't hear back from the customer after swapping out the phone, and that's when we received this letter in the mail about her complaintplease feel free to contact me for any additional in formation thank youMuhannad N [redacted]

technician , it was determined that the phone was fully functional and had no such issue and that the phone was charging perfectly. the customer kept insisting that the phone was defective.
