Very unprofessional, never returned calls, rude after initial meeting and paperwork sign (because we were under contract)Date of completion were never met, wait an extra month because of their screw upTerry said he would be there for set up of house (to make sure if was done properly) and never showedThe a/c company he hired set up the set incorrectly and we are still fighting to get it correctedOf course the system started seizing after those year warrantyWe have had other reputable A/C companies come out and say it was incorrectly set upFinally after two years and months of having issues the original contract is finally coming out to correctStay away from AAA Manufacturing! Horrible company

I'm not even sure where to begin but I'm in complete disbelief that my power is out yet againNo rain, no wind, no lightening but over customers are affected by a power outage (7/21/16) and is expected to be out until 3:Just last week when we had storms my power was out for long enough a period of time where I had to throw away all the food from the fridgeI have called in the past about power outages being an issue in my area and was once told that it was the "beavers" faultThey chew the trees and the trees fall on the linesI even provided them suggestions on how to circumvent the "beavers"I'm unclear out of all the places I've lived in my lifetime why keeping my power on is such a problem in the Shannon Hills areaI'm actually considering moving because I don't want to throw away not one more refrigerator full of foodPlease someone, help me understand the issue here

I have consistently paid my bill in full and on time with EntergyLast month I tried to pay my bill online, which I have EVERY single month with no problem, and my payment was returned twiceThe first time it was returned, I immediately called customer service to ask what had happenedI was told that it was probably an issue with my bank since my account info had been saved on the payment portionI called my bank, and was informed they couldn't see any issues on their endI tried to pay again online, and once again my payment was returnedI called again to ask what to do and was told that my account information was wrong, even though it had been saved for MONTHS on my account payment pageI scrambled to a local payment place so it would be paid on time because the due date was the day after Thanksgiving and I wanted to make sure there would be no issues againI just received my new bill and am being charged $for unaccepted paymentsI have called two different people and am told I can't be helpedI was never told I would be charged online for returned payments or why would I ever have tried to pay online AGAIN? I am extremely frustrated that I am being penalized for using the online tool like Entergy would want me to, when I have been a good customer and paid on time and full every single monthNothing like good friendly service right before Christmas and an unexpected $fee for being a good reliable customer!!!

My bill skyrocketed in last two months with very little usageI always used to pay about 40- dollars per month for a studio apartment of 700sqftLast two months they billed me dollars out of which days I was not even living in the apartment and I did make sure all lights and heating are switched offI believe their billing is deceptiveThis is in Little Rock ArkansasWhen I called them to find out what was the average bill people were paying at the same locaton/apartmet, The CS rep told me they do not have that information and can only tell what the average is for the stateNot sure what kind of business they are running but I still believe they over charged me

I began services with ENTERGY on September 15, and was told that my $Deposit would be returned after having services for one year without any late payments I was a loyal customer for the entire year During the first week of October 2016, I called Entergy to inquire about my October Bill and was told that I didn't have to pay the October Bill, because I would be given credit for the Deposit for having my services for a year with on time payments I called Entergy again In October to find out when the credit would be given Now, I'm told by a Supervisor that Entergy reviews the bill history in October, at the 13th month, and because I did not pay the bill by October 20, 2016, I would not be eligible to receive my Deposit THIS is totally contradictive to Entergy's statement upon initially obtaining services when WE as Customers are told that the Deposit would be returned upon one year of on time payment history ONE YEAR IS ONE YEAR!!! One year of service FOR ME ended in September IF THE 13TH MONTH RULE is really the Policy, then why "intentionally" mislead Customers??? Customers should be told the TRUTH that we have to have a history of on time payments of months instead of months Furthermore, I called Entergy and was told by the Representative NOT to pay the October Bill, because I should have been given the credit already since I had my service for one year in September I feel very violated, because I was intentionally misinformed and this was only a scheme for Entergy to keep my Deposit THIS is NOT AT ALL how LOYAL Customers should be treated ENTERGY is WRONG and ALL Potential Customers need to be AWARE of this tactic they use to keep from honoring their claim to refund our Deposit after one year of service with on time payment history IF I had been properly informed; I would have paid my bill on time in the 13th month of October I AM VERY DISSATIFIED WITH ENTERGY and how they manipulate, advertise and treat Customers ALL ENTERGY POTENTIAL and CURRENT CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS INCIDENT TO AVOID THE SAME THING HAPPENING TO THEM!! The Water Department, unlike Entergy notified me at the beginning of October that I had a Credit and NOT to pay the Bill, because I paid for one year of on time payments

I paid my old bill on December 15th 2016.
Called for a work order on December 16th 2016.
I was told to wait 4-6 days for payment to be processed. I waited 4 days, and put in the order for the soonest date possible. I called again last week and was told that the power would be turned on under my new account number that they gave me (for reasons unknown) this past Tuesday, December 27th 2016.
Yesterday, Wednesday December 28th, an Entergy truck pulled up and I ran outside to ask if they were finally transferring it since the previous tenant (my aunt that moved) has been waiting for the transfer since we took over her lease this month.
He shut her power off, on the day it was due for shut off BUT they were not turning it on under my name/account. I have a family of 6, with 4 very young kids ages 7,4,3, and 2 years old. We have two family pets that we love like children that require a constant heat source, one requires humidity.
When I talked to the employee, he called to see what to do about the situation. He told me to call customer care, and if it's taken care of quickly that he would return before 5 pm.
Customer service said they didn't have an order! I asked to speak to anyone who could actually help me because we have no heat sources, no generators, and I knew it was going to be 30 degrees with us having no where else to go. The woman placed me on hold 3 times, saying I would speak with someone else but she just kept getting back on the phone with no efforts to actually help. The only thing that got done was she started a work order at almost 5 when it was obviously too late, and said it would be two days then as I grew agitated she said it would be on today, Thursday, December 29th 2016.
We purchased flashlights, couldn't afford any heater besides the electric ones that are pointless in these conditions. It has been colder inside this house than it is outside, impossible to sleep and The children and I developed cold/flu symptoms within the past 15 hours, I've lost my voice almost entirely and developed a blockage in my left ear. My sugar glider will not move other than breathing and chittering/sneezing. My husbands python is stretching out straight (this happens when they measure food or prepare to die) not only are the pets expensive, they are pretty much our babies along with our four actual children.
I have called and explained my situation with the emergency line this morning, first of all to see IF they even had a work order since there were so many times they did not even do this, second to see if we could put a rush on having someone sent here to prevent our pets from dying or our children becoming more ill from the cold we are having to deal with due to the company doing whatever it is that they have done wrong several times. I've put a complaint on their website as well. I am infuriated by how punctual this company is with shut-offs while they take entirely too much time to start service. I try very hard not to be ugly but this is far from my fault and am paying the consequences of their mistakes with bitter cold inside my home, flashlights and batteries we had to purchase, 4 sick children that I will have to doctor back to health with enough medicine for four kids while I am ill with the same cold only with no voice and little hearing, and possibly the death one or both of our pets if they wait too long to arrive today.
I am such a reasonable person, I was patient and it caused us to go without.
I have never had these problems before, my opinion was always positive. This is the first time anything cross has happened with starting my service, but this lack of compassion and the lack of service for a customer is unbelievable.
I did everything I was supposed to do, and the company can't even put a rush on getting out here to turn it on after I called and explained the damage their neglect has caused our family since just yesterday.

Stay away from AAA Manufacturing! Horrible company.
