Customer complained about brake noise that is caused by the brake rotors.I said to the customer he has days warranty on the brake rotors which it states on his invoice,Its now five months later and over a thousand miles he drove and now complaining about noises.I said to *** I canot return
the rotors because its way pass the warranty and its only the two front ones that need to be replaced,I don't know why they are making noise maybe they are worped from being hard on the brakes not sure.I told the customer he can purchase two new rotors and I will installed them free of charge and that's when he said he will get back to me.Please feel free to contact me on any further information on this matter and /or the best way we can resolve this matter.Thank you.Jason, Manager

The business response is unacceptable. An additional purchase of a pair of rotors is not acceptable form of customer satisfaction. The mileage of a thousand mile should not effect a new pair of rotors.
