On January 31st [redacted] did come to Oil Change Plus for an oil change on her LexusShe was told the pricing of a synthetic blend oil change when she askedAfter the vehicle was pulled in she asked our employee, who has been with us for over years, for the pricing of a full synthetic oil changeHe told her it would be an additional $for full syntheticThere is no pricing for $so I have no idea what that pricing even isHer oil filter did have to be ordered but everything else was done to her vehicle in that waiting processShe was told that a filter had to be orderedOur employees are always apologetic for customers having to waitIf you look at her receipt that she submitted you will see that it is not a "double bill" she was charged for the oil change and the upgrade to a full syntheticHer bill is correct and she wanted full syntheticShe was told the pricing before and fully agreed to pay that priceShe has filed with the attorney general alsoThey have dismissed the claimPlease call [redacted] for any other concernsThank You [redacted] District Manager

Case Number# *** ***On March 7th, Mr*** came in for an oil change. He had been to us previous times before. He was told by our technician that he did need a drain plug because the head of it was rounded. The drain plug was $plus tax. he was
asked if he had ever changed it and he said no. The drain plug should have been changed every oil changes. His vehicle had 119,miles on it. the drain plug should have been replaced about times by that mileage. He told us to go ahead and replace it. He could have declined the service. Mr*** called me two days later to let me know he was never coming back because we took advantage of him. I told him that I was there when he for his drain plug replaced. He was not deceived in anyway and he could have declined the service at anytime. He wanted me to refund his money and I told him he needed the drain plug and he wanted it so we would not be refunding his money. Mrs.*** came into Oil Change Plus on April 11,to get an oil changeShe was told that she had oil leaks and a few other services were suggestedThere was a notation on her receipt for no warranty because of the severity of those leaks
She called and spoke to the managerShe returned to our location on May 12,She had driven 1,miles since she was last hereThe manager had told her that if it had anything to do with the services performed that he would refund her the cost of the oil she had purchasedWhen she returned it was proven that it had nothing to do with the service performedShe has extreme leaks on her vehicle that she has neglected to rectifyThis is no fault of Oil Change Plus

The customer came back with the vehicle after the battery was replaced stating their AC was not working. We took a look at the vehicle and their AC climate control was out. Battery being changed has nothing to do with the AC issue. Our manager [redacted] did talk to them and explained the situation.

If you look at her receipt that she submitted you will see that it is not a "double bill" she was charged for the oil change and the upgrade to a full synthetic. Her bill is correct and she wanted full synthetic. She was told the pricing before and fully agreed to pay that price. She has filed with the attorney general also. They have dismissed the claim.
