vehicleWe do not touch anything or move anything when vacuumingShe came in saying her transmission has been acting weird please have it checkedWE let her know that the shop does not do anything with sealed or bottom check transmissions we are not set up or allowed to.This is where she became very rude at us in the shopWe advised her to go to a transmission shop or a mechanic shop to have her transmission look atShe became more upset at us because we couldn't do anything about itWe also informed her, her rear differential was leaking, she was able to afford it to be topped offDuring the whole time she is being rude with us still about transmission and everything elseShe was telling us about driving back to WyomingWe warned her about the transmission and let her know that she needs to let a mechanic or transmission shop look at it before driving that far.She insisted that she was going to drive home still, after us warning her the transmission needs to be looked at by a shop.On the complaint form states that she contacted company on these dates - 7/20/15, 7/27/15, 8/25/@ 2p.mand couple times after 9/5/They told us that they took it to transmission shop in Evansville, now its a Dayton transmission shop in Casper WyomingA mechanic named Butch that was at the shop Evansville, he only wanted the insurance information to be able to start working on the car.The Oil Changer

I am rejecting this response because:I took my vehicle in to the OIL Changer to Have my oil changed NOT to have my transmission looked atWhen I returned to Casper my vehicle was unable to driveI had it checked and the transmission plug was Not in all the way and it was told to me that someone had used the wrong tool on the plug and had stripped it outIf they don't check that kind of transmission then why does the receipt say it was full and at proper level?

Message:We at the shop are good at what we do we don’t like being called liar’s by someone that is try to pull a con on a shopThis lady is trying to get someone else to pay for her messing up and not listening to our techniciansWe warned her not to drive that SUV that far with the transmission problem, after she told us, it was acting funnyWe warned her! Don’t drive it that far have it looked at by a mechanic shop first. We did not touch her transmission and it did show a leakThis lady knows what she did and she won’t take it on her behalf to take responsibility for her action

Review: After full service oil change, transmission failed due to low oil level.Vehicle was driven from, Susanville Ca. to [redacted].where a loose transmission plug was discovered. The plug was also found to have been torqued with improper tool. Repeated attempts to contact shop owner or manager have failed.Owner,[redacted],was finally contacted and was told to take vehicle to repair shop and their insurance would take care of it.Vehicle has been at Dayton Transmission in [redacted]. for one month and repeated attempts to obtain insurance information from the Oil Changer have fallen on deaf ears.A shop employee informed me that they do not check transmission fluid on that style of transmission.Service sheet states transmission fluid was at proper level and plug checked. How could transmission have proper oil level from Casper to Susanville and a low level upon my return?Desired Settlement: Repair Vehicle and paid back lost wages from Oil Changer would resolve this problem.

On July 14th 2015 we had a customer named [redacted] come in with a 2004 Merury Mountaineer (6cyl; 4.0L) for a full service. A full service covers us checking all fluids that we CAN and if it has a dipstick. We check tire pressure, all fluid (that we can) clean all outer windows and vacuum out vehicle. We do not touch anything or move anything when vacuuming. She came in saying her transmission has been acting weird please have it checked. WE let her know that the shop does not do anything with sealed or bottom check transmissions we are not set up or allowed to.This is where she became very rude at us in the shop. We advised her to go to a transmission shop or a mechanic shop to have her transmission look at. She became more upset at us because we couldn't do anything about it. We also informed her, her rear differential was leaking, she was able to afford it to be topped off. During the whole time she is being rude with us still about transmission and everything else. She was telling us about driving back to Wyoming. We warned her about the transmission and let her know that she needs to let a mechanic or transmission shop look at it before driving that far.She insisted that she was going to drive home still, after us warning her the transmission needs to be looked at by a shop.On the complaint form states that she contacted company on these dates - 7/20/15, 7/27/15, 8/25/15 @ 2p.m. and couple times after 9/5/15.
