Review: I was on this website comparing prices vs. other websites and stores. When looking at shipping costs I could not find them anywhere. It is supposed to calculate shipping costs and total prior to processing the order. Instead the order was processed, and a hold for the total was placed on my debit card. I immediately emailed the website letting them know that I did not authorize this transaction. Before receiving any response I also called and left a voicemail. I then received a response to my email saying this order has already been processed. Horrible customer service and shady website that does not outline a return policy or the fact that shipping is more then most of the products. They sent me shipping confirmation with a tracking number that doesn't even work on USPS.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in full and I do not want the product.

Review: I purchased yards of oilcloth for $from this business March 24, on order# eight-eight-one-sixThe address I provided is my work address on a mi[redacted]ry baseThe USPS reported that the package was undeliverable as addressed ( strange because I had received packages from UPS within the prior two weeks)Nonetheless, the package, which was originally sent via Priority Mail 2-day and $insurance, was sent back to the USPS in [redacted], PA where it was last scanned on March 31stOn April 2nd I emailed Oilcloth by the Yard, stating that I could see the package was returned to [redacted], and asking that they resend the package to a different mailing addressI followed up the email later in the day with a phone call to the businessThe person who answered the phone said, "Ya we got your email, but you will need to pay for the shipping" (as per the manager I could hear in the background)I said I didn't think that was very good customer service, and then the manager said, let me have the phone, and proceeded to speak to me in a very aggressive toneShe proceeded to hang up on me, after telling me that what I was requesting was "outrageous." I followed up with an email to the owner, [redacted], explaining my negative customer service experience with her "manager," who I now believe to have been [redacted] herself because she spoke to me the same way today and hung up on me againI explained that I would willingly pay for shipping, and that, at that point, I just wanted my package that I had paid forI followed up with an email on April 3rdShe responded by email April 4th with: "It is our policy that the customer must pay to have the item reshippedPlease call us with your credit card information, once we receive the package, we will reship to you." I called and left message on one occasion, and spoke with someone else on another occasion, who promised to look into it, but never called me back
I contacted Oilcloth by the Yard's local USPS on April 14th who confirmed for me that the package was not on their shelves and that it must have gone to the businessIn fact, [redacted], the USPS manager I spoke with, said she knew who [redacted] was, and delivers to her regularly, and that she is not a pleasant womanAfter confirming that my package was no longer at the USPS in [redacted] where it had last been scanned, I contacted Oilcloth by the Yard April 14th, spoke with a staff member who spoke with [redacted]Through this staff member, [redacted] promised that they would check with the post office and get back to me the following day, April 15thThey did not get back to me, so I called yesterday April 15th and left a message, no responseSo again today, April 16th, I called to follow up[redacted] answered, and I said "Hi, [redacted], this is [redacted], how are you?" She curtly responded, FineWho is this?" I explained who I was and a brief explanation of why I was callingShe curtly stated she needed to check with the Post OfficeI responded that that's what she said on Monday, and that she had said she would get back to me yesterdayShe proceeded to talk over me and hung up on me once again
At this point, I don't want the product, I just want my money backI emailed her the request for refund today after she hung up on meShe responded that she didn't have the package, so she couldn't refund itI have since responded that on April 14th I inquired of the possibility of the old order being cancelled and a new order being processed, for which I would pay shipping, but was told instead they would get back to me the following dayI explained that I tried to make the same request again today over the phone, but she hung up on me as I was talkingI stated in my email I was planning on reporting her to the Revdex.com
Please help me resolve this issueI'm afraid I won't receive my money back at this point

UPDATE 4/22/14: After stating that I would contact the Revdex.com if the issue wasn't resolved, the owner told me to contact them with my CC info to repay the shipping fee so they could resend the itemI did so, and provided a different addressThe package arrived Saturday, 4/19/
