UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

I went there to get the brakes replaced a while back. Soon after my conversion van was shaking a bit, so I took it in to see what was wrong. Oil Exchange didn't tighten the lug nuts on the tires, so I lost one. Not only did this put me and my family in danger, but they charged me a lot of money to replace it.
This past March we decided to give them a second chance. My husband took it in for a simple oil change on both of our vans. Soon after, our Kia Sedona had oil pressure issues. It wouldn't accelerate the way it should have. He took it back to Oil Exchange, and they couldn't see anything wrong so they told us to take it to their repair shop - where they would charge us for services. We didn't trust them, so we took it to a different place. They, too, could not figure out what was wrong, so we took it to a third place who told us that the air intake hose was no longer attached. We spent around $250 between the 2 auto shops to find the cause and get it fixed. We couldn't pass the emissions test until it was done.
Today, I took the receipts to Oil Exchange and explained the situation to them. One of the mechanics said, "Oh yeah, that sounds about right." They sent me to the "Corporate Office". There I was treated rudely by the owner. He was condescending, arrogant, and unwilling to compensate me for my expenses.

I will be turning this business in to the Revdex.com. It seems to me that there are too many "Mistakes" taking place at the expense of the customer. If you value your money, don't go to Oil Exchange Fast Lube.
