I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

The lady came in Saturday morning and said her oil light would come on when she turned corners on the roadWe told her that she still had miles left on her oil change that she was low on oil and that we could just top it off with oil, so we all agreed and that's what we didWe put are of
Mobil oil and sent her on her wayWe also had a little trouble getting the dipstick out and back in but eventually got itRunning these engines low on oil is never goodNothing we did made this engine malfunctionI looked at it to see if something we had done would have made it mess upI also had another mechanic look at it and said same thing we diagnosedI hate this happened but nothing we did made it happened
