The oilmasters has no prior record for stealing and fraudAll lights were operational when the vehicle was returnedThe customer complained of this and I showed her she had a light bulb outAt this point I offer no reprieves for the issueShe took her complaint and issue to another mechanic to repair therefore voiding the warrantyAt this point this customer is lying and wish to be left alone or will file in court for harassment

I am rejecting this response because:I was not informed that by getting a simple clutch pedal replacement by another mechanic would void a warranty, considering his record and the fact that we sent the car back times to Mr*** and our car was still not working we did not want him to work on our car againWe asked for a recipt multiple times and he never gave us one, therefore we did not sign anything saying that work done by another mechanic would voidedAll I am asking is for the money I paid to Mr*** backAlso, I included the attachment to show that we are aware of his last record as a judgment of character.

The oil masters was contacted regarding a possible clutch replacement by ms ***After an initial test drive my diagnosis was clutch replacementThe customer provided the part consisting of a clutch disc and pressure plateThe job was competed within daysDuring the repair I kept them up to
date on the progressUpon completion I informed them it was done but would like to keep for an extra day for test drivingThey wanted the car back immediately for personal reasonsI Informed them the ac was not cooking but they still wanted it backThey later contacted me a day or so later saying they were feeling "vibration" from the pedal and that they would like the ac fixedDuring the clutch repair absolutely nothing regarding the ac in any way was touchedThe customer also informed me that the vehicle had been sitting for months before they had they opportunity to repair itFound the ac lines with water and corrosion/ rust/ debris in the lines most likely due to sitting for a whileI evacuated and recharged the system for dollarsDid not charge labor or retail for the freonJust my cost only for freonI did this as a service favor to keep my customer happy with my serviceNo complaint whatsoever was made at that time of a fluid leakI told the customer I still wanted to keep it and drive it another day yet they did not want to leave it with meThey wanted it back without letting me test drive it long enough to make sure everything was rightSo I have e it back immediately without test driving it long enough I also test drove the vehicle with the customer and saw that the vibration they were feeling was due to the customer resting her foot on the clutch pedal"Riding the clutch" informed her not to rest her foot on the clutch because it causes burning and premature wear of the discNot sure of the time after that but it was about two weeks later when the customer called to inform me of the pedal sticking to the floorI came out againShe had also called another mechanic out at the same time to look at itI told her it could be thingsThe clutch master cylinder failingThe slave cylinder failingOr the pedal assembly is stickingThe other mechanic told her it seemed the least assembly was stickingI told her not to make any repairs unless she knew exactly what it wasShe did not take the time to have that looked at even though it was still under labor warranty from meShe then decided to have another mechanic try to fix the solution and it apparently did not fix itAt this time she called me to complain of a hydraulic fluid leak that she had discovered and that the pedal was still stickingIt was her choice to have the system worked on by another mechanic therefore voiding the warranty I offer. I also need to add that the vehicle was overdue on all services according to the service interval indicator on the vehicleThe oil changeThe tune upAll service intervals were at maximum past due
