Oil Patch Corp.

This company damaged property by driving its heavy truck on my pavement which cracked and broke it up. I spoke with management a few times, but denied it had happened and refused to talk any more. Because of their actions, I don't intend to do any more business with them and will discourage anyone to do business with them. Its their integrity that stinks and integrity goes along way in life and as a business.

Review: GM! I, [redacted] contact Oil Patch for a heater clean out, the service man came to do the work said that I have a electrical problem. I informed him that the system wont work without oil in it, he stated that's not the problem you need rewiring, I said that I do not want that I want cleaning, he stay in the basement about an hour and came upstairs stated to me that they will give me a call with the estimate. They call me and said that the serviceman said I need rewiring I said that no I don't need it my system work and have power. I told them let me think about it I want to get another estimate from another oil co., week or two later I called oil patch back to order 150 gallons of oil and stated that the last serviceman that was here left the cover off the burner and the inside door off as well plus unwired my system when I stated that all I want was a clean out. I stated that the serviceman did work against my wishes not only that left unexposed wires left hanging from the system when have pets and small children that I didn't know was expose. They said that they will send the same serviceman ([redacted]) I said that I want another serviceman because [redacted] work against my will. they said since know what he did he will have to put it back, I agreed plus order a 100 gallons of oil. [redacted] came put the system back together but now the system don't work. I believe he was forcing electrical work on me I know I don't need. Now I have the oil and the system don't work please help this is unfair and cause me extra money to buy electric heater to keep my children and pets warm until this problem can be fix..Desired Settlement: that they have my heater back running like it was before they came they was not to start no work without my permission if it was to give a estimate we would not have this problem, I must agree to any work before they had started to take anything apart.
