Customer was taken care of on day of complaint on 07/21/2015. Transmission service was redone at no cost to customer. Customer was compensated with a free service at next visit. Customer was present and agreed to this solution, and he claim was satisfied 07/21/15
Review: I received a trans service from oil well last time I was in there. I sit here today getting oil changed. The gentleman Michael shows me the trans dipstick and said I have to get it changed. I inform him it was chaged last time I was here. I'm not sure if the gentleman didn't do the service last time. Or a trick of some kind is going on here.Desired Settlement: 100.00 be refunded for not doing the work
