Oilcloth Alley

I have purchased twice from this company and both times I have had problems. First time the tablecloth was not made to the correct measurements. The second order had a hole in the table cloth (see photo). I was told to run a hairdryer over the damaged area. What garbage, how is that to repair a hole. Quality control is non existent and customer service takes for ever to get back. Save the headache and buy elsewhere.

I am getting frustrated by not getting my original order, or the second one to replace the unsent first order.
I feel something is wrong there. I will never buy from them again.
I was told that I did not reply to an email that they sent me. Not true. When I told them I still wanted my order they offered me placemats to go with it. That was another $29. Have no idea if I will get them or my original tablecloth.
Very unhappy with unprofessional behavior.

This company does not respond to emails about refunds or exchangesI was told via email that they would exchange the product for a different size but that was three months agoThey have terrible customer service
