Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [I am [redacted] niece and I am the one receiving these emails of such room rentals and they come after the effectWhich means they state they send twice a week, but they come later in the evenings or on Saturday and Sundays in the evening as wellWhen no one wants to go out on Sat or Sun in the evening to see anything nor, I would think an apt owner wants to show a room in the evening either or the weekends! That's when most people want to spend with their family after working all week! My uncle is yrs old that has trouble walking and I don't like him out too lateSo that is my issue and the fact that they send me rooms that are more expensive than what we put on his application that he can afford when we wen to the office personallyThey send me all ads they find for rooms for rent no matter what they coat as well as no matter what gender, when I specifically stated try to send me rooms for rent where they will take a male only, not just females! Some ads do state the apt owner's preferenceThe person sending me ads just sends anything and everything this Jeff B!So if person that responded to my complaint can address my needs better maybe I can find my uncle a decent roomIf I needed this right away as I did, I would of been up [redacted] ***! I would prefer my uncle in Queens preferably such areas as: Sunnyside, Elmhurst, Corona,Jackson Heights, RidgewoodIf not Bklyn if they can find something in Williamsburg, Buswick, Greenpoint areas would be better, but I know that have gotten expensive.Thank you, [redacted] in behalf of [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution of this matter
has been resolved. I have accepted their offer and received a small check that was agreed upon with the company, my wife and myself. No further action will be taken on our part. I do not understand the reference to roomstogo.com since the initial complaint was against a Rooms To Go Express located in Gainesville, GA, from which I found out the delivery aspect was handled in Florida. I am not happy about the resolution, but I accepted it. This matter should be considered closed at this point

She disliked that no males were allowed in the house due to multiple females living at the apartment. Another room she was interested in lack privacy.
