My biggest remark is the fact that they didn't say a single thing about the apartment being income basedThey said I was accepted for the apartment, I went and got the money order and now all of a sudden I'm not approved for it, bad business! I don't recommend you go through them, they said it wasn't there fault for stamping my money order..now I'm stuck paying around 80$ for a mistake they did, I'm going to talk to a claims judge or something cause it is their fault on my money order

Dear Mr***,We apologize for sending your account to collection by mistake This was a complete oversight on our part We have added a step to our procedure so this will not happen again As this matter was not reported to other credit agencies per the enclosed *** ***
*** letter to you, your credit score will not be impacted.We have enclosed documents to clarify the other items mentioned by you: "100% guarantee wasn't 100%" - The cleaning guarantee does not include drapes The drapes needed cleaning and were done at your expense. "They take all our deposit because of one stain in the carpet that is barely noticeable" - Carpets were new when you moved in There were several stains in the living room and bedroom Stained carpet is considered damage The carpets were changed and you were charged the prorated cost.Once again we sincerely apologize for our mistake. of debris and oil.(Exhibit A) Duringthe lease from May thru January2015, you were issued violations. Rug, tire and battery stored inparking stall (Exhibit B & C) "Asked for before pictures and they could not provide them"Permy voice messageto you on 01/13/ ll :35am, I stated I compared the pictures and spoke to mycolleague who said there was "sticky residue in the stall, not an old stain".When you called back, I said I would send you the before pictures Included are the "before" pictures (Exhibit D) The move out pictures (ExhibitE sent with your security deposit paperwork) show the discoloration in the stall is now larger and newer then the "before" pictures. "No one will return my phone calls"On 01/13/you left me a message. I returned your call the same day and left a message You called back on or about OJ/14/at which time I told you I would send the pictures to youTo my knowledge, I didnot receive any further communication from you. I apologize for not sending the pictures as I said I would do Although the charge for cleaning the stall in our judgment is a tenant charge, to settle this dispute, we will write off the balance owing of$and enclosed, please find our check for $52.36, half the cost By cashing this check you agree that this matter is resolved
