We paid and signed our contract with OJ & M Investments in Hialeah or Southwest Ranches, in September 25,It is now another year later since my Last post to RIP-OFF Reports and now it's April 17, No closer to being doneContractor disappears , doesn't answer calls, and all his monies have been paidIn 2011, we started this project to do an extension for my disabled son and especially for my parents to move in my father battling cancer and my mom being older needed helpIn the last year he had lost his ability to walk and was extremely hard on usWe kept getting excuse after excuse from [redacted] and [redacted] was no betterMy father kept saying I want to go live with youI want to die in our new placeMy father past away on March 31st We are no closer to the end of this construction and both [redacted] and [redacted] won't answer callsThey have in three months just had air vents put in the, the AC guy put in three hoursWe have sent in our reports to the Revdex.com and we see in DBPR - [redacted] Doing Business As: OJ & M no complaints showingWhich is impossible but also red tape everywhereSo I would like to make it known here at Rip-Off reportsThey have taken all the money in full from my elderly mother and now we are still no placeMy mother now has no SSI check from my dad so she cant pay her rent, food and bills How can any person or company cause so much damage to one family and think it's ok and sleep well at night, I will never knowThis is horribleAnd, not investigators or the State of Florida has been able to finish anything to help usBeware they are heartless and it's abusive towards the elderly, disabled and any family wishing to do anything with them
