Review: OJ Mechanical Corp was contracted to convert our heating system from oil to gas which included installing a gas burner. During the installation process The [redacted], OJ introduced us to a new sensor system that does not function like the thermostat that we had. We agreed to install this sensor system at an additional cost. [redacted] assured us that we would make any necessary adjustments as needed. He stated that we just needed to call him. The temperature in the house has been too hot and the heating has been uneven. We called OJ Mechanical and his son came once to try to adjust the heating however the situation became worst. We called OJ Mechanical Corp several times to fix the problem. We have been told by his service that they are unable to reach [redacted], the [redacted]. They stated that they would get the message to him. He responded once, said he was coming but never showed up or called. We have been trying to reach him to resolve this matter since October 2014 and the year is now ending and he has yet to show up or call.Desired Settlement: Our Desire is that OJ Mechanical Corp will call us, make an arrangement to come an adjust the heating system and follow through with the arrangement by coming and making the needed heating adjustments. We also want [redacted] to bring the manual to the thermostat sensor system so that we can learn how to make adjustments ourselves and not rely on OJ Mechanical Corp.
