A Message to Doug and for Doug at Best Sleep Center - StJames Location I would like to express my thanks and sincere appreciation for Doug I bought a mattress and he was very efficient and so very pleasant in dealing with me > The mattress did not work out for me and I spoke to Doug a couple of times by phone and he was just great and most eager to help The new mattress arrived without a hitch and all is well, > A huge thank you Doug and many kudos for Best Sleep Center > This is not my first purchase as I have shopped for our sisters before > And I will be back! > Have a great rest of the weekend! > SrCathy Laviolette

Well, my girlfriend and I were looking to purchase a new mattress as we are about to move into a new home and wanted to upgrade to a King size mattressThere is tons of mattress stores up the street so we decided to make our roundsWe made it to Best Sleep Center believing we were walking into a friendly business as we've seen the commercials for yearsBoy, were we wrongAs he asked us how our shopping was going we told him about a few places we had checked out, one was [redacted] and we continued to tell David that we were pretty sold on a mattress at [redacted] as it was something we had both agreed was comfy enough and a pretty good deal for what we were going to receiveThen he just laughed at us for "believing their deals are actually deals"We checked out some mattresses anyways and decided to put a deposit on one as there was only one in stock and we wanted to save it in case we actually wanted to purchase itWell, we went back to [redacted] the next day and got an even better deal on an even better mattress and decided to go back to Best Sleep Center to retrieve our deposit for the other mattressAs I got in the store the owner was there and when I said I wanted my deposit back he bombarded me with questions about what kind of mattress I purchased from [redacted] I told him, and he just Googled the mattress and started laughing at me AGAIN [redacted] Almost as if he was offended I never bought from his store Couldn't get my refund for my deposit as "they don't deal with cash" even though HIS OWN salesperson had told me the previous day "If you give me a cash deposit and decide you don't want it, we can put it on your card" [redacted] I will NEVER recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a mattressHe told me when I left that he would "see me in years" as he's seen plenty of people over the years come in after buying a mattress from [redacted] [redacted]

I purchased a King size, adjustable bed, a problem happened and I wish to tell you that Best Sleep Centre fixed the issue so professionally, and I am very happy with the bed It is now exactly as I ordered The height is perfect the look is excellent, it works wonderfully and the delivery people were again very good and so very nice I wish to thank you all for hearing the small issue of it being a different model that your supplier had accidently sent, and the special care the staff at Best Sleep Centre gave to me on making the solution to that error was so very well done You truly made me feel like an important customer Thank you so very much It was a great pleasure and I will pass on the word that your company is a superior company with integrity to purchase from I can honestly say I have had such wonderful service from the Sales staff to support service and to the delivery and the resolve as well Thank you to everyone Best Sleep Centre and all the staff deserve the praise of exemplifying what it is to do good customer service I appreciate all of you Thank youDarlene

I am extremely happy with the bed, pillow and sheets I bought at Best Sleep Center in I purchased a second pillow for my teenage granddaughter last year so she would stop stealing mine
I am a very practical shopper, demand Quality, $$ Value = Price Charged, High Level of Product Knowledge, No Pressure Sales, Most Suitable Product for Me and My Budget, AND, Customer Service both Before And After purchase!
It took me months to choose a bedAfter 1/months of use, I used the day exchange policy for a New bed that came in that I found more suitable
Much to my pleasant surprise, they honored their word on the spot and I had a new bed delivered the next day
I experienced a problem with the mattress cover recently and, as promised at the time of purchase (it has year warranty) the service company just finished cleaning a small stain on the mattress and a New Cover has been shipped!
All service people at Best Sleep Center were excellent and efficient in dealing with this, as was the company providing the warranty as promised
How many companies have that reputation today? Especially 1/years after purchase? A warranty means nothing if, a) The Business no longer exists, or b) has been bought by another company, which is a Very Common happening today, or c) changes their policy after purchase and does not Grandfather previous customer purchase/warranty in
David *** does his homeworkI took months researching online And went to visit a highly respected mattress factory here in Winnipeg
The only thing I could possibly think of that I didn't like, was that I definitely noticed a difference between salespersons, depending largely on communication skills/style of one particular individual
