I am writing in response to the complaint # ***There were two employees in the shop that both helpedthe customer and her Daughter the day this order was placedThey wanted two matching arrangement's of adozen carnations arranged low and all aroundThey
referenced the size and shape they preferred by thearrangement our designer had on her deskThe Daughter thought it would be nice to have red and whitecarnationsThe customer wanted hot pink and whiteThey had already stated by this time that they wantedmatching arrangements, wich is very appropriate and often ordered for servicesThe Daughter went with thecustomer's descision of hot pink and whiteThe designer even showed her the color of pink in the arrangementshe had on her deskWe made a special order just for the hot pink carnations requestedWe delivered twomatching arrangements designed low and all around in a garden vase of white and hot pink carnations asorderedWe received a complaint from the customer stating that the carnations were not hot pink they werered"We tried to explain that the carnations were not red they were hot pink wich they wereThe customer wasvery argumentative insisting they were red which they were notWe filled this order exactly as it was ordered.We have been in business since and I do not beleive we have ever received a complaint through the BetterBusiness BureauWe pride ourselves in our workThis complaint was not justified otherwise compensationwould have been offered

OK FlORALI am writing yet again in response to complaint# [redacted] We have already received a letterfrom the Revdex.com clearly stating that this case has been closed so I am not surewhy we are still receiving correspondence in regards to this complaint. As per our previousletter we did not make any mistake and the order was filled exactly as requested. We neverwrite the description of family work on the back of the enclosure card. It is clearly thecustomers hand writing. It is hard to beleive that a 94 year old would be so horribly deceitful!We are all completely shocked. We would like to have absolutely nothing to do with thisperson in the future. Shame on her.
