Review: I placed an order with this flower shop to the tune of $180.00. I was to pick up on 11/15/15 at 12noon. To my surprise they were closed and no where to be found. I had specifically asked the lady by the name of [redacted] if they would be open on Sunday she said yes. She even wrote down the date and time I was to pick up. This was devastating to me as this was an arrangement for my son's 10th Angelversary. To say the least this was very heartbreaking to me, here I have all our family at the cemetery to celebrate this special day and I show up empty handed. I do believe you need to look into this as I am sure I am not the first to file a complaint on this business and I will not be the last.Oh and by the way this was prepaid.Desired Settlement: I think you should take a look at all the complaints that have been filed for this flower shop. If necessary have them close there doors as they are not fulfilling their obligations. But yet taking peoples money.
