I would like to say how impressed I was visiting Bob's store for less than 45 minures . While I was in his lobby ,which by the way is very hospitable with a TV ,coffee machine ,water dispenser and clean washrooms I couldn't help but notice the extremely friendly atmosphere ,there were 6 regular customers who Bob knew by name as did the customers know Bob on a first name basis. The phone calls were streaming in ,Bob and his staff didn't miss a beà t . Witensing the extremely happy customers it is evident Bob is running a very value added experience in an honest environment, Kudos to the staff and management.
