Re: Case *** ** ***
The customers vehicle came in for two winter tires it had winter
tires on the rear already and two all seasons on the frontCustomer
asked to have the all seasons replaced
with the two new winter tires
We put the new winter tires on the rear and rotate the rear tires to
the frontWhen taking of the RIGHT FRONT tire we noticed the
outer edge of the centre cap to be broken/chipped alreadyWe did
the requested work and finished the vehicleCustomer then returned
saying we broke it
The way to centre cap works on this vehicle the lug nuts do hold it
in place, but if it was broken from the lug nuts being tightened
improper it would have broken by the lug nut holes in the centre
area not on the outside edge of the center cap
Thank you
