Ok Tire Stores

I went into this ok tied location to purchase a new tire for my car. Well I left, I checked my bank account and noticed that they had ran my cars twice for the same amount of 106. I went back to let them know and from then on, it was absolute rudeness! They told me it wasn't their fault and it was my banks fault. Didnt even have the descency to say they would try and find out what happened! I showed them my bank statement and that wasn't good enough, the guy told me I had to call the bank?! But I was confused because the bank statement clearly showed they charged my account twice. While on hold with the bank, the guy there kept giving me this very nasty stare as I stood there. The lady blately ignored me and walked right by me while I was calling out to get her attention. That was my second time ever going there and I will never go back there again! I have never felt so insulted in my life by a compnay! They are rude and very cold individuals! Thank God I got in touch with a banker who called the store back to confirm that they charged me twice and even then, they didn't say they would credit my money back or anything!! I will never go back nor will I recommend this company for anyone to go to.
